We’ll process your birth experience, support your feeding journey, check in on your well-being, and help with newborn care basics. Space to breathe, ask, cry, or celebrate — all at your pace. This is a one-off session designed for those needing a bit of extra support or clarity. Booking this session does not engage you in any ongoing commitment. If you feel called to move forward with the Full Spectrum Postnatal Support package, the cost of this session will be credited toward your package.
