My role is to be fully by your side — emotionally, physically, and practically — while advocating for your wishes so you feel heard and supported at every step. Includes: • Initial consultation • Birth preferences & preparation session • Unlimited phone/email support during pregnancy • On-call from 38 weeks • Continuous support throughout labor and birth • Comfort measures, positioning, massage/acupressure, relaxation techniques • Advocacy and communication support with your care team • Post-birth follow-up session For families who want reassurance, guidance, and someone fully in their corner.
