We’ll explore your birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, answer questions, and talk through any hopes or concerns. Partners are welcome to join. You’ll leave feeling more confident and supported. This is a one-off session designed for those needing a bit of extra support or clarity. Booking this session does not engage you in any ongoing commitment. If you feel called to move forward with the Full Spectrum Birth Support package, the cost of this session will be credited toward your package.
